The Sr. Field Service Technician is responsible for the repair of closed loop cryogenic refrigeration systems.  Duties include repair, inspection and installation of components that comprise the refrigeration system to ensure the product line is of the highest quality.

Requirements

• Possess excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Possess working knowledge of basic hand tools.

• Ability to interpret blue prints and drawings.

• Follow verbal and written instructions

• Possess good reading, writing, and basic math skills

• Prefer prior brazing, silver solder and soft solder experience.

• Basic electrical skills

• Knowledge of refrigerants, gases, oils, etc.

• Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet all service-scheduled deadlines and delivery dates.

• Ability to travel domestically and occasionally internationally up to 50% of the time. 
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 5-10 years of service and repair experience, preferably with refrigeration systems.

• 5-10 years of technical experience preferred.

• Per EPA law, must be Class 2 HCFC certified (company provided if necessary).
