Responsible for customer service activities associated with modifying, troubleshooting, diagnosing and upgrading pump systems at customer sites. Represents the company to the customer and assumes accountability for customer service satisfaction. Assures operational quality of CTI/GP/Polycold products. Coordinates actions with customers to minimize down time. Provides assistance to customer/OEM vendor in resolving problem.

  • Total Customer Management (Account Based)
    • Customer Satisfaction - Service & Warranty Agreements - Training
  • 2nd Level Technical Escalation Support
  • Sales and Service Support
    • Performance Improvement Projects – Upgrades - New Products – Training (Customer / Internal)
  • BS or higher degree in Material Sciences, EE, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field. Candidate must have 6 + years of experience with semiconductor equipment or in a related field.
  • Must have strong communication skills (both verbal and written) as well as good interpersonal skills.
  • Can work well in a team environment and also be an independent contributor when required.
  • Implanter or PVD equipment experiences are a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills.
  • Vacuum system knowledge is required.
